Non-standard gas momentum meter

The 0-S0 segment is the viscous part of the characteristic curve. When the measurement gap is very small, due to the influence of air viscosity, the characteristic curve shows a clear upward convex nonlinear segment, which is generally not used.

The S0-S1 segment is the linear range of the characteristic curve, known as the straight section, with the slope of the straight line indicating the sensitivity of the gas momentum meter. This segment is available for use in the gas momentum meter.

S1-S2 is a concave nonlinear segment after the straight line, where the slope of each point on the curve is smaller than that of the straight line and is a variable. It is generally not necessary, but can be used to measure larger gaps, but it needs to be corrected to ensure measurement accuracy.

The horizontal part after S2 has exceeded the sensitivity range of the measuring head, and Px represents the residual pressure in the gas chamber, which is a constant independent of the measurement gap and therefore cannot be used.

A pneumatic length gauge is a length measurement tool composed of a pneumatic length measuring head, a display, an air filter, and a voltage regulator.The pneumatic meter displays the measurement value by measuring the amount of pressure change caused by the proximity of the measured workpiece to the measuring injection hole. When the distance between the injection hole and the workpiece decreases, the pressure increases and the flow rate decreases accordingly
